I became acquainted with Dr.Satyanarayan Vyas Sir  in 1992. At that  time I was just joined Environment dept. of Hindustan Zinc Ltd Chittorgarh.At that tIme i liked poetry and, searching for something readable in the  library. In my opinion Dr.Vyas' poetry is based on Social aspects with varities of issues.Dr.Vyas as a SOCIALIST poet should be more than a poet who happens to be a socialist. If poetry is art expressed through words, a socialist poet must write poetry that expresses his socialist ideals, attacks capitalism from a socialist perspective, puts forward a socialist alternative. But, first and foremost, it must be poetry.

Dr.Satyanarayan Vyas Sir  contributions to Indian creative and critical writings are phenomenal and his interests diverse.It shows in published  कविता संग्रह 'असमाप्त यात्रा' और 'देह के  उजाले में

He wrote the no. of books and articles .The above writings of his gave a new direction to the history of criticism in the Hindi literature.His Ph.D work on Dr. Hazari Prasad Dwivedi’s  is considered a masterpiece, and is a thoroughly researched analysis of Dr. Hazari Prasad Dwivedi’s  thought, works, and teachings.He is a eminent poet his poety, Muktak are very popular in Kavi Sammelan.
